Lisa is a qualified social worker and PR & communications consultant with a deep love for nature. Her professional journey includes supporting families and children navigating trauma and challenging circumstances.

In her early twenties, Lisa faced the heartbreaking loss of a childhood friend, who she had grown up surfing with, in a tragic car accident. To cope with the overwhelming grief, she took a hiatus from the ocean for several years. However, she eventually returned to surfing and discovered a beatiful sense of solace and peace in the waves.

Encouraged by her local community, Lisa is now passionate about creating a supportive environment for those experiencing grief and loss in her hometown. Shebelieves that a connection with the ocean can provide therapeutic benefits that help people process their emotions, particularly in times of sorrow. β€œThe ocean teaches us how to let go, practice breathwork, and navigate difficult feelings without allowing them to overwhelm us.”
