Ocean Medicine. Community Connection. Ritual.

Healing Through Nature and Community

We offer accessible, nature-based spaces for individuals and communities to process grief—together.

Rooted in somatic and eco-therapeutic practices, our programs support reconnection to self, to others, and to the land.

We believe healing happens in community—not in isolation—and that grief, like the ocean, moves in waves. Through ritual, movement, and shared story, our circles honor the continuing bonds we carry and create space for embodied healing and meaning-making after loss.

Second Sunday Waves of Grief Community Circles

Join us on the second Sunday of each month as we navigate the Waves of Grief and loss together, building connection and community and finding healing amongst the waves.

This is a community space held to normalize grief and find healing, in and around the ocean. All grief and grievers and all ocean experiences are welcome.

“In community we can continue to find meaning in order to keep leaning into the world after loss, to keep moving waves of grief through the psyches of our bodies and to integrate it.”
